## Position Overview: Production Operator (Second Process)
The company is looking for a dedicated professional to manage second-process production tasks. This role is critical to maintaining the company’s high standards for quality and efficiency. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in refining components through manual machining and technical improvement initiatives.
Key Qualifications and Requirements

* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK), preferably from a technical or engineering background.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a production environment.

* Measurement Skills: Proficiency in using precision measurement tools, including micrometers, calipers, and related instruments.
* Machining Competency: Capable of operating manual machinery such as lathes (Bubut), milling machines, drilling rigs, welding equipment, and grinders.
* Continuous Improvement: A strong analytical mindset with a proven commitment to Kaizen (continuous improvement) methodologies.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
