## Position Overview: Manufacture Engineer Staff
As a Manufacture Engineer Staff member, you will play a critical role in the production, assembly, and quality assurance of advanced electronic hardware. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will bridge the gap between innovative design and functional manufacturing, ensuring that every product meets rigorous quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
To excel in this role, you will manage a diverse set of technical and operational duties within the workshop environment. Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Hardware Assembly and Integration: Execute the physical assembly, installation, and integration of electronic components, with a specialized focus on Arduino-based systems and microcontroller modules.
* Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct rigorous functional testing and diagnostic troubleshooting on both finished production units and experimental prototypes.
* Production Support: Support daily manufacturing workflows in the workshop to drive operational efficiency and achieve production targets without compromising quality.
* Maintenance and Inventory: Maintain workshop equipment and monitor component availability to prevent downtime in the production area.
* Technical Documentation: Draft precise logs, operational reports, and technical documentation covering assembly procedures and device repairs.
