1. Mechanical Officer
* Responsibilities: Plan and execute industrial machine maintenance schedules, including preventive maintenance, resource management, and detailed reporting.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (min. 3.00 GPA), proficiency in 3D CAD (AutoCAD), and strong data management skills in MS Excel.
2. Instrument Officer
* Responsibilities: Design instrumentation control systems, manage preventive maintenance for hardware/software, and perform system troubleshooting.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation or Electronics (min. 3.00 GPA); expert knowledge in PLC, SCADA, SQL, IT networks, IoT, and field calibration.
3. R&D Officer
* Responsibilities: Manage natural enemy production laboratories, oversee research, conduct field tests, and ensure ISO 9001-2015 compliance.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Plant Protection, or Agronomy (min. 3.00 GPA) with at least one year of experience in entomology labs.
4. Accounting Officer
* Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting operations, financial reporting, budget analysis, and internal/external audit support.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (min. 3.00 GPA) with at least 5 years of professional experience, proficiency in ERP systems, and strong tax knowledge.
5. IT Security Officer
* Responsibilities: Develop security policies, perform risk assessments, and manage threat detection and system response.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Engineering (min. 3.00 GPA), minimum 1 year of security experience, and deep understanding of network protocols, Linux/Windows security, and log analysis.
6. Mechanic
* Responsibilities: Assist in the maintenance and repair of industrial machinery to ensure operational efficiency.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3/D4) in Mechanical Engineering (min. 2.75 GPA) and basic knowledge of industrial machine principles.
7. Field Conductor
* Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day sugarcane cultivation activities to ensure compliance with company operational standards.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3/D4) in Agricultural Science (min. 2.75 GPA) and a strong understanding of cultivation workflows.
8. General Affair Clerk
* Responsibilities: Handle land data reporting, prepare Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) budgets, and maintain external corporate relations.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3/D4) in Surveying, Mapping, or Civil Engineering (min. 2.75 GPA); proficiency in GPS, digital mapping, and graphic design software.
