Our Management Trainee initiative is meticulously designed to mold recent graduates and early-career engineers into future industry leaders. You will undergo rigorous hands-on training, gaining profound insights into large-scale metallurgical operations and corporate leadership within a world-class smelting facility.
Target Academic Backgrounds
To qualify for this prestigious development track, candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from an accredited university in one of the following engineering disciplines:
* Metallurgical Engineering
* Materials Engineering
* Chemical Engineering
* Mechanical Engineering
* Electrical Engineering
* Physics Engineering
Core Qualifications & Candidate Profile

* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates, as well as professionals with up to one year of relevant working experience.

* Adaptability: Complete willingness to be stationed on Obi Island, North Maluku, operating under a structured roster system consisting of 10 weeks onsite followed by 2 weeks offsite.
