# Job Vacancy: Site / Project Manager (WTP Projects)
We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Site / Project Manager to oversee our Water Treatment Plant (WTP) operations in Batam. In this pivotal role, you will bridge technical execution with strategic oversight, ensuring every milestone meets our rigorous quality and safety standards.
## Core Qualifications
To qualify for this leadership position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering.
* Professional Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience operating as a Site Manager or Project Manager.
* Industry Expertise: Demonstrated, hands-on involvement in Water Treatment Plant (WTP) construction and execution.
* Communication Skills: Fully fluent in both spoken and written English.
* Leadership: Exceptional team management capabilities paired with strong interpersonal skills.
* Technical Literacy: Advanced ability to read, interpret, and implement complex engineering and technical drawings.
## Key Responsibilities
As the Project Manager, your daily operations will directly influence the success and efficiency of our water infrastructure developments. Your primary duties will include:
1. Project Lifecycle Management: Lead and direct project execution seamlessly from the initial kickoff phase through to final completion and handover.
2. Documentation & Compliance: Oversee comprehensive project documentation to guarantee strict adherence to contractual and technical requirements.
3. Financial Oversight: Prepare, allocate, and meticulously control project budgets and overall cost management.
4. Schedule Optimization: Develop, track, and adjust project timelines to ensure prompt delivery without compromising standards.
5. Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, external suppliers, and internal engineering teams.
6. Reporting & Closeout: Generate accurate progress reports, milestone updates, and formal handover documentation, including project close-out certificates.
7. Quality & Safety Assurance: Enforce strict adherence to environmental, health, safety, and performance protocols on site.
