Production Operator Roles
We are currently recruiting for the following operator positions, critical to our daily operations and product integrity:
1. Filling Operator
This role is vital for ensuring the efficient and hygienic packaging of our liquid products.
* Minimum D3 (Diploma 3) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Chemical Engineering, Animal Husbandry, Agriculture, or Industrial Engineering.
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience is highly preferred.
* Demonstrated understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safety Knowledge.
* Familiarity with Liquid Filling Technology and Basic Maintenance procedures.
* Willingness to work in shifts and be stationed at the Cicurug, Sukabumi factory.
2. Mixing Operator
The Mixing Operator plays a key role in preparing product formulations according to precise standards.
* Minimum D3 (Diploma 3) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Chemical Engineering, Animal Husbandry, Agriculture, or Industrial Engineering.
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience is highly preferred.
* Strong understanding of GMP & Safety protocols.
* Proficiency in Mixing & Recipe Product Knowledge.
* Basic Chemical Knowledge, including parameters like fat, protein, total solids (TS), and pH.
* Competence in Basic Maintenance tasks.
* Willingness to work in shifts and be stationed at the Cicurug, Sukabumi factory.
3. Formulating Operator
Responsible for the precise formulation and thermal processing of our dairy products.
* Minimum D1/D3 (Diploma 1 or 3) in Chemical Engineering, Animal Husbandry, Agriculture, or Industrial Engineering.
* Fresh graduates and final-year students are strongly encouraged to apply; experienced candidates are also welcome.
* Familiarity with GMP & Safety standards.
* Understanding of thermal processes in food production.
* Basic Chemical Knowledge.
* Competence in Basic Maintenance.
* Willingness to work in shifts and be stationed at the Cicurug, Sukabumi factory.
4. Packing Operator / Preform Cap Operator
This position is crucial for the final stages of packaging and quality assurance.
* Minimum SMK (Vocational High School) qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Chemical Engineering, Animal Husbandry, Agriculture, or Industrial Engineering.
* Minimum 1 year of experience within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company, preferably in the Beverage or Dairy sector.
* Knowledge of GMP & Safety guidelines.
* Proficiency in Basic Maintenance tasks.
* Willingness to work in shifts and be stationed at the Cicurug, Sukabumi factory.
