## Management Trainee (Production)
We are seeking dedicated candidates to fill specialized roles within our production and maintenance departments, including Press Dies, Welding, Assembly, Painting, QA/QC, and Maintenance.
Academic Background Requirements
* Mechanical Engineering
* Industrial Engineering
* Automotive Engineering
* Manufacturing Engineering

* Chemical Engineering / Industrial Chemistry
Key Qualifications
* Male, minimum 21 years of age.
* Minimum D3–S1 degree in a relevant field with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (4.00 scale).
* Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
* Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and leadership capabilities.
* High integrity, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
* Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 is a distinct advantage.

Preferred Technical Certifications
