1. Human Resources Development (HRD)
We are looking for an HR professional who is detail-oriented and possesses a deep understanding of organizational management.
* Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with at least one year of professional HR experience.
* Core Competencies:
* Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
* Proficiency in managing BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administrative requirements.
2. Sales Admin
Our Sales Admin role is ideal for organized individuals who excel at administrative support and process optimization within a fast-paced sales environment.
* Educational Requirements: Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in any field, with a preference for Business Administration, Management, or Marketing.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or candidates with one year of relevant work experience.
