We are currently seeking a dedicated and analytical professional to join our team as a Logistics Operations Analyst. This pivotal role is based in our Surabaya distribution center, where you will manage a facility supporting 2,200 pallet positions. You will lead a dedicated team of six internal employees and seven contractors, fostering a culture of operational excellence, rigorous safety standards, and continuous process improvement.
Core Responsibilities of the Role
As a Logistics Operations Analyst, you will be the backbone of our distribution efficiency. Your primary duties will include:
* Operational Oversight: Supervising daily domestic deliveries and coordinating finished goods transfers to regional distribution centers.
* Strategic Collaboration: Working cross-functionally with sales, customer fulfillment, and manufacturing teams to ensure the seamless execution of monthly sales targets.
* Performance Analysis: Conducting root-cause analyses on warehouse productivity and costs, while implementing robust corrective and preventive measures.
* Process Optimization: Championing cost-saving initiatives, managing inventory throughput, and overseeing periodic cycle counting.
* Compliance and Safety: Maintaining the highest standards for Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE), quality control, and regulatory compliance.
* Leadership Development: Nurturing the capabilities of your team through mentorship and alignment with our regional leadership programs.
## Qualifications and Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess a blend of technical expertise, analytical rigor, and strong leadership potential. To be considered for this permanent, full-time position, you must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field.
2. Professional Experience: At least two years of proven experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
3. Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage SAP systems, drive continuous improvement, and manage complex supplier relationships.
