## Core Responsibilities of the Role
The Field Helper role is essential to our daily operations, ensuring that our powerbank rental stations are perfectly maintained and strategically positioned. Your daily tasks will include:
* Installation and Decommissioning: Handling the physical setup and removal of powerbank rental stations at various partner locations.
* Technical Troubleshooting: Performing initial diagnostic checks when a machine encounters operational issues.
* Logistics Support: Assisting in the safe transport, loading, and unloading of equipment.
* Routine Maintenance: Executing basic, preventative care to keep our infrastructure in top condition.
* Operational Reporting: Communicating effectively with the technical team regarding any hardware malfunctions or site-specific issues.
* Mobile Operations: Being prepared to travel across different locations as dictated by company requirements.
## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for dedicated individuals who are physically capable and eager to learn the ropes of our technical operations. While formal technical expertise is not mandatory, the following qualifications are required:
* Gender: Male.
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK).
* Physical Fitness: Must be in excellent health and physically capable of lifting, moving, and installing heavy equipment.
* Attitude: Highly motivated to learn, disciplined, and capable of strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Soft Skills: A strong sense of responsibility, the ability to work independently, and a collaborative team spirit.
* Licensing: Mandatory possession of a valid SIM C license and a private vehicle.
* Additional Advantage: Candidates who are proficient in driving cars and hold a valid SIM A license will be given priority consideration.
