Currently, KOENSIA is actively involved as a key Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Consortium partner for the PLTU Palu-3 2×50 MW facility. ## General Candidate Qualifications
To ensure high performance and safety compliance within the power generation environment, applicants must meet the following mandatory requirements:
* Gender: Male candidates only.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant technical majors.
* Work Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on professional experience in a related field. Direct background within a power plant environment is strongly preferred.
* Language Proficiency: Capable of communicating effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
* Soft Skills: Demonstrated ability to work well within a team, solve complex technical problems, and maintain clear communication channels across departments.
