## Career Opportunity: HR & GA Korean Speaker
We are currently looking for a dedicated HR & GA professional with bilingual proficiency to join our on-site team in Cikarang Selatan. This role is essential to our organizational efficiency, serving as the primary bridge between our local staff and Korean management. Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of Human Resources and General Affairs tasks, ensuring seamless operations within our facility. Your primary duties will include:
* Linguistic Support: Facilitating clear communication by interpreting meetings and translating essential company documentation between Korean and Indonesian stakeholders.
* Administrative Management: Overseeing HR and GA documentation, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and general office support.
* Regulatory Compliance: Coordinating visas, work permits, and other legal documentation required for expatriate and local personnel.
* Talent Acquisition: Managing the full recruitment and selection cycle to attract top-tier talent to our growing company.
Required Qualifications

1. Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in both Korean and Indonesian, covering verbal and written communication.
