We are currently seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented professional to join our team as an HRGA Manager. This pivotal role is essential to maintaining our operational excellence and supporting our human capital initiatives in a fast-paced technology environment.
## Job Responsibilities
The HRGA Manager will oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources and General Affairs functions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Human Capital Strategy: Directing staff management, recruitment efforts, and global performance appraisal systems.
* Operational Administration: Managing comprehensive HR and GA administrative processes to ensure organizational efficiency.
* Compensation and Compliance: Overseeing payroll administration, including PPH21 tax compliance, as well as the design and implementation of benefits programs.
* Policy and Legal Oversight: Formulating and enforcing HR policies and procedures that align with local labor laws and corporate standards.
* Employee Relations: Fostering a positive workplace culture and managing employee engagement initiatives.
* Resource Management: Coordinating the maintenance and security of company assets.
## Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a strong professional background and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics. We require the following qualifications:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
* Professional Experience: At least 7 years of proven experience serving as an HR Department Head.
* Leadership and Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities. Candidates must demonstrate high-level analytical thinking, proactive problem-solving, and decisive judgment.
* Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English is mandatory.
* Industry Advantage: Prior experience working within a Korean company or the IT sector is considered a significant advantage.
* Logistics: Must be willing to work on-site in Pasar Rebo, East Jakarta, and be available to join our team as soon as possible.
