## Who We Are Looking For: Candidate Profile
We are seeking disciplined, analytical, and highly motivated individuals to join our team. To qualify for the Management Trainee Batch 1 2026, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree (S-1) in Civil Engineering.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Age Limit: Maximum 25 years old as of April 2, 2026.
* Marital Status: Must be single and willing to maintain single status for the duration of the program.
* Mobility: Full willingness to be assigned to any PT. Minarta Dutahutama project site across Indonesia.
* Commitment: Readiness to enter into a 2-year service bond with the company.
## Terms and Conditions of Participation
Selected candidates will undergo a rigorous development process supported by the company. To ensure transparency and professionalism throughout the tenure of the program, all trainees must adhere to the following stipulations:
1. Mandatory Service Bond: Completion of a 2-year service term is required upon acceptance.
2. National Deployment: Candidates must accept placement in any of our operational territories throughout Indonesia.
3. Integrity and Compliance: All participants are required to sign an integrity pact and strictly adhere to the operational policies and corporate code of conduct established by PT. Minarta Dutahutama.
4. Full Support: Once a candidate is confirmed as a participant, PT. Minarta Dutahutama will assume responsibility for all necessary accommodation and mobilization costs throughout the duration of the program.
