## 1. Management Trainee – All Plant Locations
Our Management Trainee program is designed for future leaders who are eager to master the complexities of the plastic manufacturing industry.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Plastic Engineering.
* Academic Excellence: Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, particularly those with internship experience in a manufacturing setting.
