## 1. Production Planner
The Production Planner plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our manufacturing processes run with precision. You will be responsible for orchestrating production schedules to meet critical shipping deadlines while maintaining high standards of operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain comprehensive production schedules.
* Supervise daily production operations to ensure adherence to targets.
* Facilitate cross-departmental coordination regarding production-related matters.
* Manage material flow and production cycles to optimize factory output.
* Generate detailed analytical reports and operational summaries for management.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in any field.
* Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a manufacturing or production control environment.
* Proven background in production planning, administration, or inventory management.
* Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
* Strong interpersonal skills with a self-motivated and innovative mindset.
* Fluency in English or Mandarin is highly preferred.
## 2. Shipping Officer
Our shipping department is essential to our global supply chain. As a Shipping Officer, you will oversee the complex administrative tasks associated with the import and export of our solar components, ensuring all documentation and logistics align with international trade regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage communication with port authorities, terminals, and shipping agencies.
* Oversee all administrative documentation related to the import and export of goods.
* Prepare essential shipping paperwork, including CEISA, AWB, B/L, Packing Lists, and PPFTZ.
* Monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely departure and arrival.
* Draft comprehensive reports on export and import realization.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in any field.
* Prior experience in the shipping or logistics industry.
* In-depth knowledge of ship agency management and regional trade compliance.
* Must be willing to work in Batam; local domicile is strongly preferred.
* Fluency in English or Mandarin is required to facilitate effective communication.
