PT Otsuka Indonesia is seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to fill the Secretary Senior Staff position. In this capacity, the candidate will deliver high-level administrative assistance to one Business Unit Director and two Directors within the Sales and Marketing divisions. The selected candidate will act as a vital link in executive operations, ensuring daily workflows run seamlessly. Key responsibilities include:
* Executive Scheduling & Calendar Management: Oversee complex calendars, coordinate meetings, send invitations, and manage timely reminders for the Business Unit Director and two Directors.
* Travel Coordination: Handle comprehensive business trip logistics, encompassing flight bookings, hotel reservations, travel advances, expense reimbursements, and vendor liaison.
* Document & Signature Control: Oversee paperwork requiring executive authorization by thoroughly reviewing contents and providing necessary clarifications or tracking follow-ups.
* Financial & Expense Administration: Process corporate credit card settlements, reimbursement claims, medical and transportation claims, and associated vendor invoices.
* Correspondence Management: Draft, review, and coordinate official business correspondence, managing both incoming and outgoing documentation related to Sales, Marketing, and general corporate needs.

## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
