## Production Operator: Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
As a Production Operator at Panca Budi, you play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and quality standards that define our reputation. Your daily responsibilities will ensure that our production cycles remain seamless and that inventory integrity is upheld. Your primary duties include:
* Machine Operations: Operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure optimal output.
* Production Reporting: Recording and reporting all production results, including machine performance metrics, downtime, and material consumption.
* Quality Control: Monitoring production quality and promptly reporting any mechanical issues or product defects.
* Warehouse Maintenance: Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization within the warehouse, specifically near the Silo and tent storage areas.
* Inventory Management: Verifying daily production reports against physical stock and performing monthly stock opname.
* Logistics Support: Assisting with the loading and unloading of goods, preparing packing lists, and ensuring shipment volumes align with delivery orders.
* Resource Monitoring: Overseeing raw material inventory, such as ink and silo levels, and providing timely alerts when stocks run low.
* Operational Flexibility: Undertaking additional tasks as assigned by management to support the broader operational goals of the facility.
