## The Role: HR Service Officer
As an HR Service Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency of our human resources operations. This position is essential for supporting our staff across both our Head Office and various cinema locations, ensuring that all administrative processes are handled with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily contributions will be instrumental in the smooth functioning of our HR department. Your primary duties will include:
* Contract Lifecycle Management: Overseeing the entire probation and contract lifecycle, including monitoring performance milestones and managing renewals.
* Documentation Excellence: Drafting and administering official employment contracts, as well as preparing various HR-related correspondence and certification letters.
* Offboarding Support: Managing employee resignation workflows, including the accurate calculation of final leave entitlements.
* Logistics Coordination: Organizing business travel arrangements for Head Office personnel, including securing transportation and hotel accommodations.
* Engagement Initiatives: Providing hands-on support for employee engagement activities across our cinema network and corporate offices.
* Administrative Oversight: Delivering general HR service support to maintain high standards of record-keeping and data integrity.
## Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in HR administration and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a relevant discipline.
* Professional Experience: At least one year of proven experience in HR services, administration, or a comparable administrative function.
* Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a specific focus on advanced Excel capabilities.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Logistical Availability: You must be willing to work on-site at our Karawaci location.
* Contractual Commitment: This position is for a 4-month temporary contract.
