## 1. Senior PSC Management Officer
The Senior Production Sharing Contract (PSC) Management Officer plays a vital role in navigating the complex commercial and technical landscapes of petroleum arrangements.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
* Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, or Petroleum Engineering.
* Experience: A minimum of 8 years within the Oil & Gas industry.
* Expertise: Deep understanding of the Exploration and Production (E&P) business model and technical/functional operations.
* Commercial Knowledge: Proficiency in techno-commercial aspects of petroleum arrangements, including PSCs, Gas Sales Agreements (GSAs), and Unitization Agreements (UAs).
## 2. Senior Risk Management & Emergency Response Officer
This role is critical for ensuring the safety and resilience of operations through robust crisis management and emergency protocols.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering or a related technical discipline.
* Professional Background: 8–10 years of experience in Emergency Response, Risk Management, or HSE within high-hazard industries such as petrochemicals, marine, or O&G.
* Technical Proficiency: Mastery of the Incident Command System (ICS), escalation protocols, and emergency coordination.
* Strategic Planning: Proven track record in orchestrating large-scale drills involving multi-disciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
* Investigation Skills: Proficiency in root cause analysis (RCA) and incident investigation methodologies.
* Preferred Certifications: Formal training in Tripod Beta, SCAT, or TapRooT is highly advantageous.
## 3. Maintenance Planner
The Maintenance Planner ensures the longevity and efficiency of onshore and offshore facilities through meticulous scheduling and system management.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
* Education: Engineering degree, with a strong preference for Mechanical Engineering.
* Industry Tenure: 8–10 years of experience in oil and gas maintenance activities.
