1. PPIC Assistant Manager
* Educational Background: Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.
* Professional Experience: 3 to 5 years of working experience within a manufacturing environment.
* Core Competencies:
* Deep familiarity with ISO 45001 standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Comprehensive mastery of production planning, inventory control, and supply chain management concepts.
* Solid understanding of forecasting systems, Material Requirement Planning (MRP), and production scheduling.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, particularly regarding material and production arrangements.
* Outstanding data analysis, problem-solving capabilities, and strong leadership traits.
* Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate seamlessly across departments including production, warehouse, and purchasing.
2. Electrical Technician
* Educational Background: Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience as an Electrical Technician.
* Core Competencies:
* Proficient in PLC fault diagnosis and routine maintenance.
* Capable of accurately reading and interpreting electrical drawings.
3. Mandarin Translator
* Educational Background: Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 year working as a Translator and Electrical Technician; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

* Fluent in Mandarin, encompassing both reading and writing proficiency.

4. QC Staff

7. Purchasing Supervisor
* Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years in a supervisory purchasing capacity.

* Experienced with ERP systems, specifically Accurate.
* Skilled in receiving, verifying Purchase Requests (PR), cost-down initiatives, and maintaining accurate contracts, POs, and supplier evaluations.
* Conversant with API Spec Q1, 5CT, 5L, 5B, as well as ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills alongside fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is considered a major plus.

8. Marketing Staff
* Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
* Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years holding a marketing position within the manufacturing sector.
* Core Competencies:
* Direct understanding of CIVD requirements.
* Strong mastery of inventory management frameworks (ERP, MRP I, and MRP II) and material procurement.
* In-depth knowledge of logistics management tailored to industrial manufacturing.

9. HSE Staff
* Educational Background: Diploma III (D3) in Occupational Health and Safety, Public Health, or Environmental Engineering.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years working directly in an HSE role.
* Core Competencies:
* Well-acquainted with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and SMK3 regulations.
* Practical knowledge of safe operational standards including lifting and rigging, working at height, and hot work.
* Competent in Job Safety Analysis (JSA) implementation and Hazard Report generation.
* Holds an active AK3U certification.
* Familiar with civil and project work activities, alongside hazard risk analysis frameworks like HIRADC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control).
10. ESG Officer
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
* Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years in K3L or comparable sustainability functions.
* Core Competencies:
* Thorough knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, and 45001:2018 standards, alongside emerging ESG regulations.
* Deep familiarity with global reporting standards and rating frameworks including GRI Standards, SDGs, TCFD, SASB, UNGC, and ESRS.
* Expertise regarding hazardous and non-hazardous waste management, emissions, energy conservation, water use, and pollution control.
* Capable of authoring formal reports, leading presentations, and supporting internal or external environmental audits.
