Key Responsibilities
* Safety Compliance: Strictly implement all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards with zero tolerance for deviations.
* Engine Maintenance: Assist in the systematic dismantling, cleaning, and precise assembly of engine components.
* Precision Measurement: Learn to utilize specialized measurement tools to ensure component accuracy.
* Troubleshooting: Develop a deep understanding of diesel engine systems to assist in diagnostics and failure analysis.
* Workshop Vigilance: Immediately report any unsafe conditions or irregularities to department supervisors.
Candidate Requirements
* Education/Experience: Minimum D3 degree in a related technical field, or a Technical High School graduate with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
* Technical Aptitude: Proven passion for direct, hands-on mechanical work and familiarity with diesel engine products.
* Communication: Proficiency in both written and spoken English, paired with strong interpersonal skills.
* Computer Literacy: Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
