1. Warehouse Planner
As a Warehouse Planner, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency. Your role involves:
* Operational Planning: Developing daily inbound/outbound schedules and optimizing warehouse capacity, manpower, and equipment allocation.
* Inventory Oversight: Monitoring stock movement and resolving discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
* Reporting: Preparing performance reports and identifying actionable improvements.
* Qualifications: Minimum D3 degree with at least one year of experience in warehouse planning and a strong grasp of logistics processes.
2. Transport Planner
Manage the critical flow of goods by overseeing our distribution logistics.
* Key Responsibilities: Generating delivery notes, coordinating with transporters, monitoring the loading/unloading process, and managing Proof of Delivery (POD) via our Transport Management System (TMS).
* Qualifications: D3 degree, at least one year of experience in transport planning, and proficiency in TMS operations and documentation.
3. Administration Staff
Ensure the accuracy of our sales and distribution data.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing the conversion of Purchase Orders to Delivery Orders, processing sales billing, handling equipment returns, and maintaining master data.
* Qualifications: D3/S1 degree with at least one year of admin experience, familiarity with SAP/WMS, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
4. Equipment Operator
Maintain the physical movement of goods with precision and safety.
* Key Responsibilities: Executing inbound/outbound put-away and picking, conducting stock takes, and maintaining Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safety standards.
* Qualifications: High school diploma (SMA/SMK), at least two years of relevant experience, and a mandatory SIO Forklift Class 2 license registered with TemanK3.
5. Picker Checker
Be the final quality control point for our distribution process.
* Key Responsibilities: Verifying physical goods against documentation, executing RF scanner picking, and performing loading assistance.
* Qualifications: High school diploma (SMA/SMK), at least one year of warehouse experience, and basic proficiency in pallet mover operations.
