## Administrative and Control Tower Roles
1. KPI Administrator (Cibitung, MM2100)
We are seeking an analytical professional to manage our operational reporting.
* Key Responsibilities: Collect and analyze inbound/outbound/inventory data; prepare visual reports using Canva/Photoshop; and support the Control Tower division.
* Requirements: D3/S1 in Industrial Engineering/Management; fluency in English; advanced Excel skills; and experience in logistics reporting.
2. Supervisor Admin Project (Bintan Placement)
Lead our administrative efforts at the PT. Bintan Alumina Indonesia project site.
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee admin teams, manage documentation, ensure contractual compliance, and coordinate with stakeholders.
* Requirements: D3/S1 degree; 3+ years in administrative supervision; strong leadership; and professional proficiency in both English and Indonesian.
3. Admin Project (Bintan Placement)
A field-oriented role focused on logistics accuracy and communication.
* Key Responsibilities: Handle delivery documentation, on-site cargo inspection, damage reporting, and field coordination with international clients.
* Requirements: Minimum SMK/SMA education; proactive nature; excellent English communication skills; and high mobility.
## Warehouse and Inventory Management Positions
4. Warehouse PIC (Cibitung, MM2100)
Manage warehouse operations to maximize efficiency and stock accuracy.
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee receipt and dispatch, maintain WMS data, and prepare shipment status reports.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain; 3+ years in warehouse operations; proficiency in WMS; Mandarin language skills are a significant plus.
9. Inventory Admin (Medan Placement)
Ensure the integrity and availability of our stock through rigorous data management.
* Key Responsibilities: Conduct stock-takes, manage ERP/WMS systems, perform demand analysis, and ensure FIFO/LIFO compliance.
* Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree; 2+ years of inventory management experience; strong Excel skills; and proficiency in supply chain analytics.
## Warehouse Operations and Logistics Support
We are currently hiring for hands-on roles to drive our warehouse productivity. Positions include:
* Warehouse Helper: Responsible for loading, unloading, and organizing goods to maintain a seamless warehouse flow.
* Warehouse Checker: Focused on quality control, inspecting incoming/outgoing cargo, verifying orders, and reporting discrepancies.
* Warehouse Picker: Ensures accuracy in order fulfillment by retrieving items according to standardized picking lists and WMS instructions.
* Forklift Operator: Essential for safe movement of inventory. Must possess a valid SIO license and have at least 2 years of experience operating Reach Trucks and Counterbalance forklifts.
* Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK).
* Experience: At least 1 year in a similar logistics or warehouse role (for picker/operator roles).
* Skills: Familiarity with WMS, FIFO/FEFO principles, and the ability to work in shift patterns.
* Placement: Based in Cibitung (MM2100) or Medan, depending on the role.
