Core Job Responsibilities
As an HR Staff member at the Tanjung facility, your daily duties will be diverse and impactful. You will be expected to manage the following key responsibilities:
* Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Facilitate recruitment workflows and guide new hires through seamless onboarding experiences in strict alignment with company standards.
* Payroll and Remuneration: Handle site-level employee compensation accurately, ensuring complete and reliable HR documentation and database records.
* HRIS Management: Maintain and update employee records within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to guarantee 100% data accuracy and validity.
* Benefits and Compliance Administration: Oversee health care provisions, attendance tracking, reference letter issuance, manpower databases, and work permits for expatriates and foreign personnel according to established protocols.
* Learning and Development: Organize, facilitate, and document employee training, competency assessments, certifications, and evaluations while adhering to budgets and regulatory standards.
* Employee Engagement: Plan, execute, and archive company events in accordance with the official corporate calendar.
* Comprehensive Reporting: Generate accurate monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual HR reports to satisfy internal management, governmental, and lender requirements.
* Safety and Environmental Adherence: Champion K3LH regulations, safety procedures, and management systems within the HRGA-IT department to uphold the company’s strict goals of Zero Accidents, Zero Environmental Pollution, and operational excellence.
Candidate Requirements

* Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a Diploma III (D3) degree in any major, though a background in Psychology is strongly preferred.
