## Job Overview: SAP Production Administrator
As an SAP Production Administrator, you will serve as a crucial link between manufacturing floors and digital inventory tracking. Your day-to-as-day responsibilities will directly impact the seamless flow of factory operations, ensuring that material handling and production reporting meet the highest standards of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities and Daily Tasks
* SAP Transaction Management: Handle all administrative and transactional SAP duties related to manufacturing activities, which include processing Goods Receipts (GR), managing Goods Issues (GI), and tracking the consumption of raw materials and factory supplies.
* Inventory Control & Material Monitoring: Oversee production material administration by managing reservations, conducting stock controls, performing stock opnames, and coordinating material availability with the PPIC and Warehouse departments.
* Data Compilation & Operational Reporting: Accurately input, compile, and monitor manufacturing outputs. This involves tracking Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), generating Daily Production Reports (LPH), and recording operational metrics from filling, cartoning, case-packing, and palletizing areas.
