1. Branch Head
* Responsibilities: Lead branch strategy, oversee daily operations, manage and mentor staff, monitor financial performance, and cultivate client relationships.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering; 5+ years of managerial experience in heavy equipment; strong leadership and analytical skills. Valid Driver’s License (SIM A) required.
* Location: Papua, Banjarmasin.
2. Corporate Secretary & Reporting Staff
* Responsibilities: Manage corporate administrative tasks, consolidate data for management reporting, assist in Annual Report preparation, and maintain corporate archives.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Industrial Engineering; 1+ year of relevant experience; proficient in MS Office and financial analysis.
* Location: Jakarta (Cawang).
3. Finance Staff
* Responsibilities: Monitor cash flow, handle Accounts Payable/Receivable, bank reconciliations, and treasury functions.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; 1+ year of finance experience; proficient in ERP systems and Excel. Brevet A & B certification is a plus.
* Location: Jakarta (Cawang).
4. Business Partnership (Agriculture & Industrial Sales)
* Responsibilities: Identify sales opportunities, present solutions for John Deere (Agriculture) or industrial equipment (Genset/Tower Light), and maintain long-term client relations.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; 2+ years of relevant sales experience; ability to travel; SIM A required.
* Locations: Various (refer to list: Balikpapan, Jakarta, Jambi, Palembang, Pangkalan Bun, Samarinda, Sampit, Sidrap, Medan, Pekanbaru, Surabaya, Makassar).
5. Technical & Warehouse Support Roles
We are looking for dedicated personnel to fill the following field-based roles, primarily focused on supporting our Merauke and regional sites:
* Mekanik: SMK (Heavy Equipment/Automotive); 2+ years of experience in heavy equipment/machinery.
* Foreman: SMK/D3 Mechanical Engineering; 5+ years experience with John Deere tractors; strong leadership abilities.
* Part Service Sales (PSS): Bachelor’s degree; 2+ years in spare part/after-sales service.
* Warehouse & Inventory Staff: SMA/SMK education; experience in logistics, stock control, and basic administrative systems.
* Part Admin & Service Planner: D3 degree; administrative experience in service scheduling and invoice management.
