* Regional Coordinator / Drinking Water Facilitator: Spearheads technical execution and regional oversight.

General Qualifications
To qualify for any of the positions above, applicants must meet the following baseline criteria:

* Bring proven experience or capability in community empowerment, specifically within the clean water sector.
* Maintain readiness for full-time field placement and deployment.

* Employment Status: Must not be bound as a Civil Servant (ASN) or hold any other permanent employment.
Independence: Must not be an active board member of a Community Self-Reliance Agency (BKM/LKM/KSM*) associated with active projects.
* Political Neutrality: Must not serve as a legislative candidate, member, or political party official.
## Specific Educational and Experience Requirements
Each role requires specific academic backgrounds and professional milestones to ensure project success.
1. Regional Coordinator / Drinking Water Facilitator
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering or Civil Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pamsimas Provincial Coordinator, OR a minimum of 3 years as a Pamsimas Technical Facilitator, OR 4 years of experience working within drinking water programs and initiatives.
2. Finance Assistant (APK)
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Economics or Accounting.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Finance Assistant for the Pamsimas Program, OR a minimum of 2 years as a Pamsimas Financial Facilitator.
3. Administration and Finance Assistant (AKK)
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Economics, Social Sciences, or Community Development.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Financial Facilitator within the Pamsimas program or other community-based clean water initiatives.
4. Community Facilitator (FM)
* Education: Diploma 3 (D3), Diploma 4 (D4), or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) majoring in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Water Resources Engineering.
* Preference: Candidates with prior experience in Pamsimas activities will be prioritized.
