# Career Opportunity: Open Recruitment for Integrated Extreme Poverty Alleviation Project (2026)
The Ministry of Public Works of the Republic of Indonesia is officially launching a recruitment drive to support the Integrated Extreme Poverty Alleviation (PKE) Program in Lumut Nauli Village, Central Tapanuli Regency, for the 2026 fiscal year. Managed by the North Sumatra Center for Building, Infrastructure, and Regional Management, this initiative seeks dedicated professionals to join our task force and contribute to impactful regional development.
## Available Positions and Required Qualifications
We are seeking qualified individuals to fill the following roles:
1. Team Leader (1 position): Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, 5+ years of experience, and hold an Intermediate Level Construction Management certification.
2. Water and Sanitation Expert (1 position): Bachelor’s/D4 degree in Civil/Sanitary/Environmental Engineering, 3+ years of experience, with Junior Expert certification in Water/Environmental Engineering.
3. Road and Building Structure Expert (1 position): Bachelor’s/D4 degree in Civil Engineering, 3+ years of experience, with Junior Expert certification in Road or Building Construction.
4. HSE/Construction Safety Expert (1 position): Bachelor’s/D4 degree in Engineering, 2+ years of experience, with Junior Expert certification in Construction Safety (K3).
5. Building Structure Inspector (1 position): Bachelor’s/D4 degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering, 1+ year of experience.
6. Piping Inspector (1 position): Bachelor’s/D4 degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering, 1+ year of experience.
7. Secretary (1 position): D3/Bachelor’s degree (any major), 1+ year of experience.
8. Administrator (1 position): D3/Bachelor’s degree (any major), 1+ year of experience.
9. Drafter (1 position): D3/Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Sanitary/Environmental Engineering, 1+ year of experience.
## General Requirements
All applicants must adhere to the following standards:
* Indonesian citizen (WNI) committed to national values and the 1945 Constitution.
* Must not be bound by other active contracts or employment programs (documented via a signed declaration).
* Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and facilitate coordination between government agencies and local communities.
* Physically and mentally fit, with a collaborative mindset.
* Willingness to be stationed in Lumut Nauli Village, Lumut District, Central Tapanuli Regency, and reside at the work location for the duration of the 2026 project.
## Primary Responsibilities by Role
Each team member plays a vital role in the success of the PKE project:
* Team Leader: Manages the overall workflow, coordinates between experts and site contractors, oversees technical designs, ensures contract compliance, and serves as the primary liaison for the Commitment Making Officer (PPK).
* Engineering Experts (Water, Sanitation, Road, Structure): Responsible for site technical supervision, implementing quality and safety regulations, executing commissioning tests, and ensuring all physical work aligns with design specifications.
* HSE/K3 Expert: Monitors construction safety, implements hazard management protocols, conducts environmental impact assessments, and maintains comprehensive safety records to prevent workplace accidents.
* Inspectors: Conduct routine site visits, verify material quality (mockups), track daily progress, and report non-compliance issues immediately to the team leader.
Administrative Support (Secretary, Administrator, Drafter): Responsible for document management, scheduling, meeting minutes, maintaining digital/physical archives, and preparing accurate as-built* drawings.
